For starters I believe this set runs true to size. I'm 5'10 150lbs and the medium fits perfect with anything I want to wear under it. I tried them on wearing thermal underwear and jeans plus a tee shirt and sweatshirt and it all fit perfect with some room to spare for flexing, bending and twisting. They are made from nice thick material. You are well protected from water in this with all of the ways it seals up. The sleeves have a double cuff so the internal one locks tight over your wrist while the outer one covers your gloves virtually making it impossible for water to get up there. The hood can be concealed in the collar of the jacket if you don't want to wear it. The pockets all have over sized flaps to keep whatever is inside nice and dry. The bibs have nice straps that are easy to adjust and clip and unclip very easily. The jacket has a zipper closure with a flap with snaps over the zipper to keep the zipper from getting iced over and frozen shut if your out in freezing weather. All in all this is a great set if your looking to stay dry in bad weather and it's a good value for the quality that you get.
