Returns
- Exchanges and Refunds will be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date or 7 days for Solid Gold Chains.
- Returned products must be unworn and in sellable condition. Damaged, worn, or modified products (scratches, personalization, etc.) can not be returned.
- Shipping will only be refunded in the case of defective products.
- Sale Items are final sale and can not be returned.
- If package protection is not added to the order, packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit can not be replaced or refunded.
- Shipping claims must be made within 30 days of the last tracking update. Fishing is not responsible for any missed deadlines regarding shipping claims.
