The overall concept for this little thing is wonderful. The execution however, not so much. Yes the magnets on both sides are incredibly strong but it turned out to be such an annoying alternative for my carabiner, which is what I was originally used to. The magnets are so strong with would magnetize to random keys on my car keys when I had the fob in the ignition of my truck and it would cause a mess or entanglement.Good concept, bad execution unfortunately.I ordered this because when I'm off road driving I hate my keys weighting down the starter and I cannot stand the clanging of all my keys on a rough trail. This has been everything I've been needing for a while now. Strong magnet with a 4.5 lb pull and it's worth the bang for the buck!I'm a cna by trade. I needed a magnet to to attach to my gait belt that would not fall off, but I could access with one hand easily. This product fit my needs perfectly. The magnet is strong enough for it to not fall off and easily accessible. With no sharp or pointed edges, there are no worries of skin tears to my residents either. I am 100% happy with my purchase and have had several of my coworkers looking to purchase one for themselves too.I used this to hold my keys. Unfortunately, I spent a good portion of time finding my keys on the ground because the magnets would disconnect. I don't think I had over 4.5lbs worth of equipment attached to it... just my car keys and ~10 keys. Usually sudden movements, brisk walking, or slight jog would cause it to disconnect. Decent construction, just wish my keys would stay on during normal activities and not have to worry about it coming undone. I would understand if it disconnects while doing somersaults, but just normal low-key day to day activities would cause it to become dislodged. Decent product, I guess just not for my lifestyle?It's a great little magnet.Bought it for my backpack to attach a pepper spray. These hold up flashlights, small tools, cb radio mics, etc. I'm impressed! The additionally included coiled cables, mini-carabiners, and key rings are basically extras of the purchase, but are also very useful! I've run out of them and need more. I love how you can just blindly hold the installed object in it's area you want to return it to, and the other magnet responds so strongly. Awesome!My husband bought this for me to put on my keys and in by purse. One half of the magnet is on a hook in my purse and the other half is on my keychain. Helps me not lose my keys in my purse
